Boards and Strategic Decision Making Dataset
Summary
This dataset explores CEO responses to questions regarding strategic decision making and the organization’s respective board. Data for this study were collected between July 25 AND September 30, 2011. The sample includes 217 ASAE CEOs and 27 Christian LEADERSHIP Alliance CEOs (N=244, response rate= 65%). The questionnaire examines multiple constructs with regard to board strategic decision making. Some of the constructs addressed included affective conflict, decision commitment, decision quality, procedural justice, and understanding.
