Compensation Dataset

Summary

This dataset contains information about staff compensation in associations. The population includes organizations with at least one ASAE member and organizations with members belonging to the local Society of Association Executives (SAEs). The first period of data collection for this study occurred December 2005 to February 2006 (n = 925). The second period of data collection occurred from February 2008 to April 2008 (n = 1250). The third period of data collection for this study occurred December 2009 to February 2010 (n = 1262). The questions address compensation for association staff. The variables include measures about staff benefits, retirement programs, a review of CEO/Deputy CEO performance, employment, and salary administration.
